Terms of Service

1. Beta Program

This is a BETA product under active development. By using this service, you acknowledge:

• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice
• Data stored locally on your device may be lost during updates
• The service may be discontinued at any time
• No guarantees of availability or uptime

2. Local-First Storage

Your training data is stored primarily on YOUR device using local storage (Hive). This means:

• Your data stays on your device unless you explicitly use cloud features
• Clearing browser data or uninstalling the app will delete your data
• We recommend exporting your data regularly via Settings
• Cloud sync (if enabled) is supplementary, not primary storage

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features (parsing, analysis, chat):

• Your training logs are sent to your configured AI provider
• AI responses may contain errors - always verify important data
• Token usage is tracked for rate limiting

Important: Do not enter sensitive personal health information, medical conditions, or other confidential data. This service is designed for training logs only.

4. Beta Tier Access

Beta testers receive increased usage limits. These limits may change as we refine the service.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Training injuries based on AI recommendations
• Data loss (local or cloud)
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccurate AI parsing or analysis

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. No Warranty

This service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

9. Age Restriction

You must be 16 years or older to use this service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
